We would like to announce that starting June 22nd, helmets will be mandatory for all BEDCL games. This policy applies to all batters and wicket keepers standing up. We believe that three weeks is sufficient time for all teams to procure the necessary helmets.

Please note the following:

- Helmets will be mandatory for all batters and wicket keepers standing up.
- No exceptions will be granted and no additional time will be provided.
- Umpires will be instructed to ensure that games do not continue if a batter refuses to wear a helmet. In such cases, the game will be awarded to the opposition team.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the safety of all players on the field.
